We separate these explicitly because we don't want to confuse customers or investors. The commercial work pays the bills and is operationally honest. The research is long-horizon and is marked clearly as such. Both inform each other: real production discipline shapes our research priorities; research depth gives us a sharper edge on the security side of our commercial work.

Cloud Solutions and Container Services are bounded-scope project work for organizations modernizing their infrastructure or shipping containerized applications.

Productized, not artisanal. We don't bill by the hour for services that should be productized.

Applied quantum infrastructure research

Q-SEC · Q-OSI · Q-Diamonds

Three concepts at three different stages of maturity. Q-SEC is in active development — a quantum-secured communication platform combining QKD and post-quantum cryptography. Q-OSI is a conceptual framework for a quantum-native networking stack. Q-Diamonds explores diamond NV-center based quantum storage. None are commercial products today.

Honest about maturity. Each thread is labeled with its actual stage. Some are prototypes; some are still concept.

Why this exists

Founded by an engineer who's tired of the false choice.

Quantum Dynamics LLC was founded by Michael Kamber, a senior solution and system engineer with 20+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and large-scale migration programs. The company is built on a simple observation: smaller businesses keep being told to choose between unprofessional ad-hoc IT support and enterprise consultancies that won't take their phone calls. Neither serves them. Both leave money on the table.

Smart IT exists to close that gap with a real productized offering. Cloud Solutions and Container Services exist for companies whose problems are project-shaped, not subscription-shaped. And the quantum research exists because in the next decade, the security guarantees customers rely on today will need to be re-built on different physics — and someone needs to be doing the engineering work, not just the speculation.

We're a small company. We don't pretend otherwise. What we offer is engineering depth, commercial honesty, and a consistent operating discipline. Customers and partners get one accountable engineer-founder, not a layer of account managers translating between you and the people doing the actual work.

Engineering depth, not consulting deck

You're working with the people who do the actual technical work, not their account-management layer. There is no account-management layer.

Productize what should be productized

If a problem looks the same across customers, it gets a fixed package and a fixed price. We don't bill hourly for things that aren't artisanal.

Honest about scope

Every engagement names what's in, what's out, and what's an explicit deferral. No "we'll figure it out as we go" engagements that turn into open-ended retainers.
